Within the framework of bilateral cooperation, a working visit of business and agricultural representatives from the Zboriv region to Norway took place. The Ukrainian delegation visited modern, high-tech farms in the municipality of Bjerkreim. Main focus was placed on the latest approaches in agriculture, livestock farming, process automation, and energy efficiency.
"This visit aims to develop our community's agricultural sector, create new jobs, and increase revenues for the local budget," noted the Mayor of Zboriv, Ruslan Maksymiv.
Plans and Expansion of B2B Cooperation
The primary vector for further partnership is identified as scaling direct contacts between the business circles of both regions. The priorities of cooperation include:
Development of B2B contacts: establishing direct ties between entrepreneurs to create joint projects;
Technology transfer: adapting and implementing Norwegian practices within the community's agricultural sector;
Economic impact: modernizing production, which will facilitate the creation of new jobs.
